Sara has the pleasure of teaching Vinyasa Flow classes that are seasonally inspired, dynamically sequenced and emphasize principles of alignment. Her classes relieve stress, improve mind-body awareness and tone the physical body. She received her 200 RYT certification in 2009 and has been teaching for studios, health clubs, businesses and individuals for six years. The 6-month long teacher training gave her a solid foundation in the following: Asana, Anatomy, Meditation, Mantra, Ayurveda, Pranayama, and Yoga Philosophy. She keeps her teaching skills fresh by participating in workshops and practicing yoga regularly.
